Learn to both play and dance to the infectious rhythms from Bahia! The heartbeat of Afro-Brazilian culture, Bahia cradles the roots of so much Brazilian music and dance. This workshop is an invaluable opportunity to deepen your understanding of Brazilian rhythms and evolve your musicality and movement. From Samba Duro, Olodum and Samba Reggae to Pagodão, Afro and Axé you will be immersed in the “energia da Bahia”!
LEO SUCESSO
Leo Sucesso is a highly experienced percussionist and dancer from Salvador, Bahia (Brazil). He has performed for many well known artists in Bahia and has been at the forefront of Bahia percussion and culture in Australia for over 15 years. He is passionate about sharing his culture and brings his unmistakeable energy to all his work.
