• To reschedule a class, please contact us 3 hours before your confirmed class.
• Rescheduling is not permitted and no refunds are given with under 3 hours notice of the start of the class (unless in the case of an emergency). 
• Courses and block payments are nonrefundable once you have attended your first class.
• Course classes cannot be substituted when purchased as a full course package
• All students take full responsibility for ensuring that they are physically and mentally fit for classes and must at all times take care of their own personal health and safety.
• If students are injured or unwell it is their responsibility to notify the instructor at the start of the class.
• We do film elements of our classes for social media and student growth which are added to a private WhatsApp group, If you do not want to be filmed please let your Instructor know at the beginning of class.

All casual class and course payments are processed online but if you are having difficulties booking a class you can get in contact with us and we will manually book your spot and you can then pay at the studio via cash or card.

At Escola de Samba Sydney we run courses and classes in 8 or 7 week term blocks. Following are our 2023 term dates:

• January 16th - March 2nd (7 week term)
• March 6th - April 27th
• May 1st - June 22nd
• 2 WEEK BREAK
• July 10th - August 31st
• September 4th - October 26th
• October 30th - December 14th (7 week term)

Yes! All classes continue to run.
